Where is video footage stored?

Only alert-triggered clips are stored — not continuous footage. Each clip captures the moments before and after a detection event. Cloud storage is available on paid plans.

Is Lexerus GDPR compliant?

Yes. Lexerus acts as a data processor on your behalf. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all plans and follow UK GDPR guidelines for video surveillance data. Retailers are responsible for displaying appropriate CCTV signage.
